Indulge the child within you and celebrate with this delicious Brownie Pizza covered with chocolate ganache and topped with candies and nuts. It’s quite simple, easy to prepare and tastes awesome. Satiate your sweet buds with this delectable heavenly dessert this holiday season

I am not big fan of sweet pizza so when my son asked for it the first time, I prepared it using regular pizza base, topped with chocolate sauce and sliced berries, though my son liked it, he asked if I could also make the base sweeter, I guess, there is no satisfying sweet tooth of a kid. This made me wonder what should actually be best pizza layer, cake and puff pastries will not do so the best option for a pizza base layer would be brownie or cookie dough. I had to prepare these pizza bases and check it out

To my amazement, brownie pizza tasted heavenly and instead of berries, I topped it this time with nuts, candies and chocolates and to be be honest, it was like competition between my son and myself on who would complete the pizza first 😉 😀

Now , if you feel it’s too much of chocolate (which I do not 😛 ), you can always substitute chocolate ganache with whipped cream cheese or Mascarpone cheese layer on top of brownie. It’s your pizza base, so hey! you can always layer and add toppings of your choice as desired

*Only caster sugar should be used, mix of brown and white sugar renders better texture to Pizza, you can add only white caster sugar if required

**Use any chocolate ganache as pizza sauce, you can also slice the pizza crust into 8 wedges and then apply different chocolate ganaches on top of each wedge with variety of toppings

***Alternatively cream cheese or Mascarpone cheese can also be whipped and applied on top of brownie pizza as pizza sauce instead of chocolate ganache
