Delicious mouth-watering Brownie filled with chocolate inside is one of the perfect desserts to relish. Fresh from the oven , the chocolate inside explodes in your mouth. Enjoy the dual taste of brownie and Chocolate it this delectable dish
This recipe is inspired from Tasty but I have made certain modifications to get this right the first time itself. Now each chocolate has different melting point so yes the bomb explosion within brownie will differ too. For ex: Dark chocolate melts the fastest among chocolates

I have used APF and found no issues but if the chocolate and brownie are causing mess then reduce APF to 1.5 cups and add 1/4 cup bread flour. Do not over-bake, as the brownies will harden and chocolate will create mess. Now on cooling the chocolate inside will also start to return to it’s original state so yes you can consume them at room temp too but to have it explode , just warm up the brownies before serving. Do not warm brownies multiple times as Microwaving can also harden brownies. So drool on this delicious Brownie bombs with warm milk or ice-cream
*Each chocolate has different melting point. If using chocolates that melts faster then it’s best to use it in frozen state to prevent it from exploding and leaking in Oven itself
**Brownie should be sealed properly to prevent chocolate from leaking
***Chilling the dough is optional. Again this depends on the chocolate that would be used inside the brownie
