Buttermilk makes these biscuits light and fluffy. Mine lasted only for 30 mins after it was baked and I had my family asking me to bake for more. These are really irresistible. **You can use Whole wheat flour or All purpose flour or mix of both as desired

Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour/Whole wheat flour/ Or mix of both
- 35 g cold unsalted Butter, cubed
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 50 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup+ 2 tbsp cold Buttermilk
- 11/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
For Topping
- 2 tbsp unsalted Butter melted
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
Steps to prepare
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar salt baking powder and garlic powder
- Add butter and using fork, mix until butter cubes are less than pea size
- Add grated cheese and mix well
- Add cold buttermilk and using spoon mix until it comes together. do not overmix
- Drop big spoonful of dough on prepared baking tray
- Bake for 16-19 minutes until golden brown in preheated oven at 180 deg cel
- Mix melted butter,salt, garlic and parsley in a bowl
- Brush butter mix on tops of biscuits while it’s still warm
- Serve warm. Store leftovers in airtight container. It will last upto 2 days at room temperature
- Just warm leftover biscuits before serving
