Delicious and simple to make, these healthy muffins can be munched on anytime. It requires only 4 ingredients and good to satisfy instant hunger cravings. I generally prepare this when I need to much on something between my breakfast and lunch, instead of consuming junk food, I prefer these delish muffins. You can also serve these muffins to kids as snacks in the evening post school time
Now depending on the size of banana and muffin molds, you can make 3-4 muffins with this recipe

*If you do not have Oats flour, then dry roast the Oats and grind to fine flour
**You can double the servings by doubling the quantity of bananas and Oats flour , just increase baking powder by 1/4 tsp only

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats flour
- 1 big ripe banana
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chip or chopped dark Chocolate chunks
Steps to prepare
- Preheat oven to 180 deg cel and prepare muffin molds/tray
- Mash bananas with fork
- Whisk banana and oats flour well
- Add baking powder and mix well
- Now gently fold in chocolate chips/chunks
- Add the mixture to muffin molds/tray
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until firm to touch
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes in the tray
- Demould and serve warm
