High in protein and easy to make, this mug cake is right dessert for sweet craving. This is also one of my favorite mug cake. Every time I want to eat something sweet, I prefer making this mug cake. You can add any sweetener of your choice and make this even more healthier. Do not skip the sweetener as cocoa powder renders bitter taste so the Mug cake would be bitter
The beautiful part of this mug cake is that no flour is required. Peanut butter, egg and banana makes this healthy and one of the easy dessert to satisfy hunger and dessert cravings

Ingredients
- 1 ripe Banana mashed
- 4 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tsp Sugar/ Sweetener of your choice
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
Steps to prepare
- Whisk egg in Microwave safe mug

- Add mashed banana and whisk well

- Add peanut butter and whisk well

- Add sugar, cocoa powder and whisk well

- Microwave mug cake batter for 1 min 30 sec to 2 mins depending on microwave capacity. Do not over cook. Let it stand in microwave for 2 mins

- Garnish with chopped bananas and serve warm

Hi Rekha – This seems like a great recipe and I am going to try it! But I am vegan so I don’t eat eggs. I think I am going to substitute a tablespoon of coconut milk (canned) for the egg that you list above.
Just a suggestion – in future would you consider telling your readers what a good vegan substitute would be anytime you have meat or a dairy product involved? I think there is a fair number of people that would appreciate that.
