Delicious Garlic bread filled with Mozzarella cheese.This is a perfect tea time snacks for kids and adults. Most of us, I am sure all of us love Garlic cheese bread so here comes variation to original dish
This is so easy to make and tastes awesome. It’s also one of my kid’s favorite snack. Instead of making bread, we make these small lovely balls and look at that gooey Mozzarella cheese melt in mouth.

Ingredients
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 30 grams unsalted cold Butter cubed
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp cold Buttermilk
- 70 grams Mozzarella cheese
- For topping
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Parsley
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp minced Garlic
Steps to prepare
- In a bowl , mix flour sugar salt baking powder well , now add cold butter and using fork, mix until the mixture is crumbly
- Add the buttermilk and now knead it into a soft Dough, refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes

- Preheat the oven to 190° cel , line a baking tray with a parchment paper
- Dust the surface with flour, roll the dough into rectangular shape

- Cut the rolled dough into equal small rectangle sizes, cut mozzarella cheese in same proportion. For example if you have 10 rectangle dough then have 10 mozzarella cheese cubed

- Place the Mozzarella cheese at center of each rectangular piece and tightly seal the edges and shape like ball.
- Place on baking tray leaving gap between each balls

- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile melt butter in a small bowl, add garlic powder, parsley, salt and dill to butter. Mix and keep it aside
- While the cheese bombs are still hot, brush the tops with the above melted garlic butter. Serve hot
