Yes, these are indeed delicious, melt in mouth , soft tangy mouth watering cookies. I am running out of adjectives to describe the taste and feel of these delectable cookies. You cannot really stop eating them after single bite

Ingredients
- 200 g All Purpose Flour
- 85 g caster Sugar
- Zest of 2 big oranges
- 125g soft unsalted Butter
- 2 Egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 drop orange food colour optional
- 1 tbsp blanched Almonds chopped optional
Steps to prepare
- Sieve flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Keep it aside

- Blend butter in a bowl for 1 min
- Add sugar and blend for 4-5 minutes on moderate speed

- Add egg yolks and blend for 2 minutes

- Add orange zest and mix well

- Add food colouring, this is optional. I added it to give beautiful orange colour to cookies. Mix well
- Add dry ingredients. Using spatula, mix well

- Dust surface with flour. Transfer contents on surface

- Knead into soft dough. Cover dough with cling wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

- Divide dough into small portions. Shape into balls and slightly flatten it. Place them on prepared baking tray leaving gap between the cookies
- Add chopped almonds on top for additional taste. This is optional

- Bake for 11-14 minutes in preheated oven at 170 deg cel until edges are light brown. Do not over bake
- Cool in the tray for 15 minutes. Cool on wire rack completely
- Store in airtight container and serve these melt in mouth, soft delicious tangy cookies as required
