The other day when I had few spring roll sheets left, I decided to make some dessert instead of savory rolls. Looking around the kitchen , I found Mango and Dark chocolate staring at me and then I thought of making a roll adding the two and the result was indeed delightful. And with the fear of repeating myself , I am a HUGE fan of dark chocolate so if I am making a chocolate dessert I have to add it. It’s best to use sweet ripe mangoes else the rolls will have sour/tangy taste
Instead of frying the spring rolls, I decided to bake them as healthier option. You can deep fry these rolls for better taste
The sweetness of the mango with dark chocolate renders right taste to rolls without being overly sweet. I enjoyed these delectable, tasty rolls. Do try out and let me know how it turned out for you
