- 1 large ripe banana
- 1/2 cup oats
Steps to prepare
- Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
- In a bowl, mash the banana. Add oats and mix well
- Optionally you can add cinnamon, nuts or chocolate chip to mixture to enhance the taste
- Drop spoonful of mixture on baking tray
- Bake for 10 -12 minutes
- Cool for 10 minutes and then serve immediately
