  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup oats

Steps to prepare

  • Preheat oven to 180 and line baking tray
  • In a bowl, mash the banana. Add oats and mix well
  • Optionally you can add cinnamon, nuts or chocolate chip to mixture to enhance the taste
  • Drop spoonful of mixture on baking tray
  • Bake for 10 -12 minutes
  • Cool for 10 minutes and then serve immediately
